A host of products ranging from CNC Products like Hotwire profile cutting machines, larger sheet and profile cutting machines can be viewed below. One of the preferred and interesting products is the GSM units which uses the latest in cellular technology to control and monitor critical equipment for various types of applications.
The GSM unit can monitor 6 alarm points and also has the ability to turn on lights, water features, electric fencing or more with a simple Text SMS. The unit is small and discrete and is not affected by lightning or power surges as the whole system runs on a 12 Vdc backup system.
Full security is hard coded into the unit to disallow any outside interference and only allowing selected cell phones to query or control the unit. SIM cards PIN codes are used so that in the event of theft they cannot be used without the correct PIN code.

CNC - Small Hotwire Profile Cutter
The small Hotwire profile cutting machine is completely automated with regards to wire setting, product setup and loading. Up to 20 wires can be run simultaneously through the product if required. The user friendly software cuts training times for new operators and renders extensive computer knowledge unnecessary. Quick keys can be setup to select pre-programmed shapes eg pipe sections, squares, circles, half circles and many more.
CNC - Larger Sheet and Profile Cutting Machine
The larger sheet and profile cutting machine cuts continuous sheets, trims and slices as required. The machine also allows for the selection of profile cutting options which enables the machine to be setup and cut profiles. As with the small Hotwire profile cutting machine the software is user friendly maximising training times and quick keys can be setup to select pre-programmed shapes eg pipe sections, squares, circles, half circles and many more.
CNC - Smaller Low Volume Profile Machine
The smaller low volume profile machine is designed to maximize the use of your floor space whilst still allowing high volume cutting. Single wire and multi wire machines are available to order. The machine will be shipped to you in component form and is accompanied by an easy to follow CD showing you how to assemble it.
The software is user friendly. Quick keys are set up to allow you the maximum use of the machine with quick selections of various programmed shapes eg pipe sections, squares, circles, half circles and many more.
CNC - Small Hotwire Profile Cutter
The sheet cutting machines designed by MURCONDAL AUTOMATION are easily maintained and if required it can be setup to cut square profiles or standard sheets. The block is trimmed and sliced on the machine by a following arm which slices to preprogrammed sizes is required.
CNC - 2 Dimensional Profile Cutting Machine
The profile cutting machines can cut any 2 dimensional shapes within its available cutting area. All shapes are drawn on AutoCAD and are then converted to DXF and downloaded into your programme. The software will automatically convert the files in order to cut the profile required and once converted will allow you the option of saving the new profile.

This is a sample of an AutoCAD DXF which is what the machine requires to cut a profile. The software will automatically recognise the DXF file and input it into the programme for cutting. The machines designed by MURCONDAL AUTOMATION are extremely user friendly to benefit you the customer. Standard operating procedures are used throughout.
CNC - Profile Cutting Machine
Here is our profile cutting machine which is cutting pipe section for the customer. The profile can be changed to cut upright or at any pre- programmed angle to minimise wastage.
This particular machine has another cutting arm which trims the block after cutting its profile and then returns to cut the block into preset lengths

Here is a profile cutting machine which is a fixed bed double block cutter. It also has an auto wire setter and trimming station built in.

MURCONDAL AUTOMATION builds custom power packs to accompany our automation. The systems can vary from speed control on flying saws to standard presses. We have supplied some equipment where we need to control speed to within a mm/sec to enable even cutting and longer blade life as well as preventing blade stall conditions.

MURCONDAL AUTOMATION also does all its own steel work for the power packs as well as electrical enclosures. The system illustrated here to the left controls various hydraulic gates which open and close as required. They are all controlled by a Siemens S7 PLC and linked via profibus.

We have an automated off site control room and can monitor your equipment 24/7 if you require this service.If our off site monitoring option is used then we are able to generate monthly or weekly reports for you and these are automatically emailed to your selected manager. The information can be used to fault find and rectify a potential problems if any exist. The Control room will also handle any alarms which are generated and immediately call the relevant person or parties required to act upon the alarm.
MURCONDAL AUTOMATION is also able to offer a maintenance contract to inspect, clean and report on any equipment which is being monitored by our units.
A gate unit is also available which enables you to open your gate by simply giving the unit a missed call. Security is in place to prevent any unwanted access. You can also turn on perimeter lights or any other unit with a simple Text message sent to the unit.

Our radio systems have 4 inputs and 4 outputs where each one can be addressed and turned on in turn. The unit displayed here can operate up to a 1 KM range line of site dependent. We do have various other models available so if more information is required then please contact us.
Software
Modbus remote I/O temperature monitoring and logging software
MURCONDAL AUTOMATION has over time designed and implemented various kinds of software solutions. Illustrated here is our Modbus remote I/O temperature monitoring and logging software. This software displays up to 10 temperatures individually as well as combining them all in one graph over an 8 hour period.
The software also automatically logs all data to file to be pulled up and reviewed at a later stage. A remote view is also incorporated where all that is required is for you to type in the IP address and the current screen will be displayed on the remote computer.
Offsite cellular monitoring software
Illustrated here is our offsite cellular monitoring software which is fully automated and will monitor your equipment 24/7. In the event of any fault conditions the unit will assess the fault and then make the decision to route the fault to the correct channels, this being either via email or/and instant SMS text message.
We are currently monitoring a pump houses within housing estates. Each estate receives a monthly report on the operational condition of the pumps. We also monitor access alarms for any intrusion into the.
CNC profile cutting software
Illustrated in this picture is our custom CNC profile cutting software which has been design with ease of use in mind. Each control is colour coded to allow the operator to quickly find the correct keys and also assists us in telephonic service back up as colors and pictures have been proven easier to identify then plain text.
The software controls a 3 axis profile cutter and has DXF file conversion software build into the process. This enables your customer to design their product on CAD and then transfer onto the software is done by selecting the convert button.

Displayed is the control card we use for positioning, robotic and profile cutting. It has the ability to control anything from 1 to 16 Axis all at once thus allowing for a large amount of accurate and precise movement.
The controller can be networked or connected directly to your computer RS232 port. It can also has run either servo or stepper motors and has built in I/O to allow complete control with its on board PLC controller

These machines are custom build to suit the required application of our customers. We do also build standard one sheet cutting tables.
